Delete Your Account & Data
You can delete your PhoneRestore account and all associated data at any time.
📱 How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps inside the PhoneRestore app:

Open the PhoneRestore app on your Android device.

Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top-right corner of the main screen.

Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".

Tap "Confirm" in the confirmation dialog. Your account and all cloud data will be permanently deleted.
🗑️ What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following from our servers:
🔐Firebase Authentication account — your login credentials and identity
⚙️Device settings — all saved snapshots of your phone configuration
📸Snapshots — all restore points you have saved
👥Caregiver links — all paired caregiver and care-recipient relationships
🔗Pairing codes — any active or pending pairing codes
💳Subscription records — your billing and subscription history
🐛Bug reports — any diagnostic reports submitted under your account
⏱️ Deletion Timeline
When you confirm account deletion:
Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out. All cloud-stored data associated with your account is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
This deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
📲 Uninstalling the App
Note: Uninstalling the PhoneRestore app removes locally stored data from your device immediately. However, your cloud data (account, snapshots, settings) remains on our servers until you delete your account using the steps above or via email request.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.
